The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers alike while providing callers with information on our products and services, resolving issues, and working closely with all of our business partners on a courteous and professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
  • Process orders and transfers in a timely manner
  • Dealing with inquiries and requests from internal/external customers
  • Liaising with Sales Representatives on customer orders
  • Entering information and coordinating services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and satisfactory manner
  • Conduct customer follow-up calls pertaining to projects, promotions, or back orders
  • Perform other duties or functions as required


  • Minimum 1-year Customer Service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Must be bondable
  • Strong Computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have strong time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a group setting or independently in a high-pressure environment
  • A sense of personal responsibility and a strong work ethic
  • Construction or Distribution experience would be an asset
  • Post-secondary Education a definite asset but not required
